Man's hubris coupled with his folly all but assures an age of darkness.
During the so-called Age of Reason - or The Enlightenment - reason was said to have prevailed over dogma and superstition. Usually, the philosophes of the period, took their ire out on Christianity - which by the 18th century had admittedly seen better days.
Nonetheless, what the great thinkers of the time missed or simply ignored was that without Christianity there would be no foundation to which to base their own concept of reason upon. It was the Church that protected the scientific realm, and advanced theories of economic liberty all the while maintaining the idea of God and faith was the centrifugal force keeping man in check.
Today, secularism is celebrated for its own sake. By removing God (and religion) from the equation, we no longer have a place to remind us of our place in the universe.
We have seen a proliferation of strange activities and new movements suggesting we've become aimless. The latest of course is what I call Scientism of Covideology. Here, we allow fear to seize control of our minds thus deferring to authority figures but never consulting God and love.
It's the Age of Man. In such an age, there is no rule of law but a rule of man. A jungle of chaos. Decorated with vapid jargon and appeals to false virtue, such people have fallen prey to superstitious symbols and actions like mask wearing and social distancing. This 'harmless' duty to protect one another has morphed into a full psychotic breakdown. It's not enough to wear masks. Now it's time to force vaccinate people into the cult of Covideology.
Luminaires such as Franklin and Condorcet were filled with optimism with the general medical breakthroughs of their time - and why not? But as is often the case with men, they got a tad excited believing man was going to live in eternal bliss because there was no limit to how they could conquer nature. Reason over nature.
The two biggest challenges man has decided are existential threats and thus demand its infinite intervention are climate chance and Covid.
In other words, man has declared war on Mother Nature.
And will lose.
Badly.
Catastrophically perhaps even.
Just observe the people peddling the climate change hysteria. Politicians and billionaires who jet set around the world. One thing that's evident whatever curbing of liberty they have in store for society, they will not abide.
Man can't possibly make a dent on climate change.
It's the epitome of hubris to believe so.
The idea mere mortal agree to keep earth's temperature at a certain level isn't just outrageous in its arrogance and stupidity, it's outright immoral in its lack of wisdom.
Never mind the practical reality Russia, Brazil, China and India (essentially half the world's population and inhabiters of its largest land masses) will never play along. This is exclusively a pet project of the vainglorious, pampered and self-entitled West wallowing in boredom with no sense of purpose.
There is no 'science' driving any of this. It's just man being man deluding itself into schemes it can control where there's no hope for them to even have a chance at harnessing.
Mother Nature will devour man.
The other war is on natural immunity in the Covid-19 moral panic. It should leave us very uncomfortable that the corporate-state alliance sees it can create artificial medicines to outperform the natural immunity o humans evolved over thousands and thousands of years.
We can't possibly begin to comprehend the marvel that is our immune system. We can understand certain mechanisms but we can't really know for sure how and why it is so.
How can we? We killed God remember?
There is no faith.
Just secular-science.
Vaccines, when you examine them free of emotion and all the dogma and cronyism, are laughably incapable of dealing with marvel of human immunity on their own. It's almost a sick joke to believe we have created something acting as if it's the only thing keeping civilization safe from infectious diseases.
We need to rethink and reposition how we view vaccines and its place in the medical arsenal. I've always viewed them as a complement and little else.
Now they want us to believe - to the point of unethical and illegal coercion - it's the only option we have.
This is wrong and this is a lie.
I want to believe with how governments, officials, regulatory bodies as well as the medical establishment - those parts captured by pharma - have behaved forcing people into this medical capture, will do two things.
Put greater scrutiny on the vaccine industry. Until now, we just took it for granted vaccines work and are 'safe and effective'. Are they? I'm not so sure anymore based on my own deep dive into them. We also must face the obscene levels of conflicts of interest at play from all levels of power from politicians to agencies to physicians and experts. There's a symbiotic financial relationship that is unhealthy and has little to do with overall public health. Pharma's lobbying is proving to be a Leviathan threatening our bodily autonomy. It has infiltrated into all layers of academia and medical journals. It's right out of a 1980s sci-fi movie how troubling all this is.
Two, regain our sense of dignity, duty and courage.
It is our right and obligation to hold accountable all those who do us harm.
This will take an awakening or epiphany.
We can only begin to fix this when we open our eyes.
Now is about a good time to do so.
There's a deadening upon us. Science is corrupted. Education is corrupted. Politics fractured and dysfunctional. The culture is confused and too apathetic. It had no incentive to spare thoughts for principles and convictions in a time of prosperity and abundance.
Now it's all being threatened.
This is is where we can nourish ourselves with the truth.
It's up to us to let the light back in.
Man declared war on nature.
In reality, it declared war on itself.
