There Are No Free Markets; Just Regulated Markets

Whenever people tout that the financial crisis back in 2008 was *proof* of how dangerous 'unfettered free market' is without realizing the role of government in it, it irritates to no end.

Just like the move 'The Big Short' who told the tale without mentioning how government contributed to the mess.

The truth is, finance and health are two of the most heavily regulated industries in North America as shown by the endless volumes and pages and licenses and limited players and laws and price controls show thus making it a major player.

It's not the free market that messed those industries up good. Heck, one can argue there is no free market. It's the same in education.
