Um. Yeah. Um, I Was Wondering. Um.

I'm starting, um, a campaign, um, to erase the scourge known as "um." I want to legislate a law that would fine people for uttering 'um' and if they do it three times execution follows. You know it's out of control when it infiltrates the mouths and minds of public speakers and figures.
