Of Phrases And Franken-Shtine

-Hungry as a horse - How do you know? Hung like a horse makes more sense because it's verifiable.

-Sick as a dog - Again, how do you know?

-Quiet as a mouse - Why not quiet as a mute?

-I'm dying (to describe a bad common cold) - Hyperbole designed to make a point. We all suffer from colds. Get over it.

-Drinks like a fish - Technically, salt water fish drink while fresh water fish absorb it on their gills. So next time, if you're going to use this phrase look smart and be specific!

I don't know why but I wanted to refresh my mind on how to pronounce Ludwig Wittgenstein. It's Wittgen-Shtine. For the record.
