A link to the Canadian Cancer Society. This one brings you to a page titled 'Cancer Myths.' Here's a page linking to general cancer statistics. It's interesting to note that overall cancer cases have pretty much remained steady; though with small increases in prostate and breast cancer.
I haven't looked at them in detail but it probably in line with the American Cancer Society.
