Prosperity and Quebec don't generally go hand in hand these days.
Quebec's debt is now up to 53% of GDP. It was around 5% just 50 years ago.
I didn't read the report by the Employers Council in full but wanted to post here nonetheless as I allot time dedicated to covering it down the road.
One stat I liked:
20% of Quebec works in the public sector.
17% in Ontario
15% in Alberta and B.C.
13% in the U.S.
