Canadian officials are playing a foolish game.
The virus is likely going to get us to herd immunity. A virus that's been circulating this long isn't going to care about policies and lockdowns. All we're doing is delaying the inevitable.
The idea they're ignoring trade-offs and wiling to fray the social and economic fabric points to a lack of leadership and courage among officials.
I am thoroughly and deeply disappointed and disheartened that Canada is run by incompetent individuals.
