Obama's preemptive war doctrine?

I wrote that the word 'altruism' had made its way back into the lexicon in debating Libya. Add 'preemptive' to the list.

Although, I don't see how this is "preemptive."

    Obama is a neo-neo-con for the same reasons neo-cons were once liberals. Once in the driver's seat, some people just have to race the motor, especially if doing so will distract the attention of others from realizing what poor drivers some people just are.
