A Constitutional Crisis Looms In The U.S.

More from the 'right-wing meme' files:

The 59-year-old Richardson previously told a TV station that she had voted multiple times for President Barack Obama on behalf of herself and family members. She had said she had no intent to commit voter fraud.

But voter fraud that moved to benefit Obama is the least of his concerns.

That this administration is perhaps more rudderless and renegade than Nixon could ever dream of should be rather obvious to a person with a modest grasp on political reality.

Senate Intelligence Chair Diane Feinstein dropped a major allegation on Obama's laps. One that threatens to reveal more Constitutional abuses under a President who made us all aware he was a constitutional lecturer.  From David Corn at the left-wing Motherjones:

What Feinstein didn't say—but it's surely implied—is that without effective monitoring, secret government cannot be justified in a democracy. This is indeed a defining moment. It's a big deal for President Barack Obama, who, as is often noted in these situations, once upon a time taught constitutional law. Feinstein has ripped open a scab to reveal a deep wound that has been festering for decades.

Obama operates less as a constitutional expert and more as a community organizer. One in which he acts as a cynic as he unilaterally pushes forward an agenda only his mother could love.

Obama ointment was all that was supposed to be needed to heal an ailing planet.

Now I think people have readjusted the expectations downward and hope and pray for basic, competent governance.

Above all, Obamacare and its 1% success rate (and continued exemptions and extensions now done in secret)  is the one issue that can potentially hurt Democrats in November.

A Republican won a special election in Florida last night.

A red flag for Democrats?

"The widely respected Florida political analyst Adam Smith sees big problems for Democrats in the loss of Alex Sink to Republican David Jolly in the special election to fill the House seat from Florida's 13th Congressional District. "Democrats had a better-funded, well-known nominee who ran a strong campaign against a little-known, second- or third-tier Republican who ran an often wobbly race in a district Barack Obama won twice," Smith wrote Tuesday night. "Outside Republican groups — much more so than the under-funded Jolly campaign — hung the Affordable Care Act and President Obama on Sink. It worked."

The libertarian candidate won 4.8% of the vote which is a solid showing in Florida.
