How can you even ask that of a province with a xenophobic, anti-English, anti-business mindset, high debt, low productivity, low high school graduation rates, and high unemployment? Never mind what kind of a travesty of civil liberties mess Quebec would be. You think the PQ are unhinged now, imagine without the "shackles" of Ottawa! They'd go bonkers!
