Fall Of The West Reason 39475757: Socialism By Other Means And Defunct Pop Intellectualism On Display At Huffington

Minnesota Congressman Keith Ellison recently said that it's perfectly ok for the government to take (more like steal) 63% of Phil Mickelson's income. You know, to be a "patriotic American." To help feed the poor, build and repair infrastructure, you know the routine.

My point is his "point of reference" in explaining why it's "fair" to rob, I mean tax, Mickelson is pure fucking bull shit.

It's ONLY relative to what Mickelson thinks is fair. He doesn't live and work by anyone's standards. But politicians feel citizens MUST bend to their visions of what constitutes "fairness."

If you think it's perfectly fine to allow someone to KEEP .37 cents on the dollar they EARN then you're a socialist.

Period.

****

I heard on the radio that the U.S. government is on pace to spend - SPEND - $31 trillion over the next 10 years while only slated to pull in $2 trillion in revenues dedicated to cover that cost. The U.S. economy essentially produces $15 trillion in GDP.

With guys like Ellison and Obama at the helm, no wonder.

The CBO has been hammering on their calculators and have determined the cost of Obamacare will zoom past $1.3 trillion (remember when it was going to be "revenue neutral" and then it was downgraded to being less than $1 trillion) with 7 million people likely to lose coverage and employers laying off or reducing hours to part-time work.

All this math adds up to one thing: Socialism by other means.

****

The Huffington Post published its "Top 10 worse people." I won't bother linking to it because I heard it on the radio and quite frankly Huffington is annoying.

All I know is they have Rush Limbaugh right up there with a murderer.

Bunch of illogical, idiotic children work over there.

****

So. Let's see if I get this straight. Gun control to save the children and Americans from themselves is fine but secretly killing American citizens WITHOUT DUE PROCESS by drones?

The head spins.

I will always remember a story I heard from a friend of mine whose family came from Poland. He told me it was a common thought throughout communist Poland. Soldiers said: As long as we own the guns WE OWN Poland.

Just saying.
