Daily Derp: Politics Not Science Derping Covid-19

There are three main challenges in 2020:

The pandemic. To the extent we keep breathing life into it.
The CCP in China and their plot to reshape the world's economy in their image.
The U.S. election in November.

The first should have been over by now had we not bet on the wrong horses with lockdowns and spending billions for a vaccine instead of following the real science and Sweden and focused on treatments for what really isn't a lethal virus. Now we're social engineering habits based on errors.

The other will take time, will and effort to prevent it from happening.

And the final will end in a Trump victory. Biden/Harris. Get real.

*****

Trump will win in a landslide.

Just watching the RNC and DNC conventions alone will see to it.

One side was just normal and sane. The other unhinged and insane.

I won't say more. There's nothing left to be said.

The RNC was on cue with their messaging.

The DNC are completely off their rockers. Oh. And the riots aren't peaceful and voter fraud is absolutely real. I've read several stories about this.

The Democrats seem to be looking to plunge the country into a constitutional crisis.

*****

Trump's policies have been excellent for the country. And now the U.S. has signed a historic deal wth Israel and the UAE.

Praise to all three.

But crickets from the media and people filled with TDS rage.

*****

Kamala Maniac Harris once called the Knights of Columbus (Italians) radical. But not the roving band of violent BLM criminals.

That's all you need to know.

*****

The Democrats have been screaming for four years about Trump's criminality. Seems to be all projection to me.

Matt Taibi explains the Russia hoax fabrication well here.

It's worth noting, conservative publications have been pretty accurate from Day One on reporting this. The corporate and progressive media completely wrong.

From early on, journalists interested in the truth had called bull shit like Glen Greenwald.

I even remember an article from Tech Dirt concluding they couldn't source back any hacks back to Russia.

The Democrats orchestrated a soft coup.

Now those who attempted it, must be held accountable.

*****

Masks are pseudo-science and anxiety.

The benefits are marginal at best.

I've been meaning to line up all the studies I've read determining masks suck and those that claim they're useful.

I notice the language in those studies don't actually confirm what people think they confirm about masks being effective. They also seem to be hastily put together and often don't even bother to bring up other masks beyond the N-95, artisanal cloths and medical. As if they're the only ones out there.

*****

There were mass protests in Berlin and London. Of course, the media being the enemies of the people and truth characterized them as filled with 'extremists' and 'conspiracy theorists'.

Lies.

Word on correlating anti-maskers (or Mask dodgers as they're called in Police State Australia) with anti-vaxxers.

I oppose masks because the data and science don't justify mandates. Period.

I don't believe vaccines are bad.

However, people are free to oppose them.

The correlation is spurious and meant to besmirch REAL peaceful protests against draconian measures.

The irony for me, is pro-maskers are worse than the anti-vaxxers. They impose faux-righteousness on people through coercive action without science to back up their claims.

Voluntaryism is just and the only play here.

*****

Australia is a disgrace among nations. The very antithesis of Sweden.

The beat down of citizens for these stupid masks are human rights violations.

The country is run by psychopaths.

Like most.

******

The DOJ wants some answers regarding nursing homes. Cuomo, Murphy and Whitmore should have to explain themselves.

To blame that fiasco (and the 180k dead and riots) on Trump is preposterous considering all those issues fall under the jurisdiction of Governors and Mayors.

The left live in an alt-reality of deception. That and they forgot how civics works.

In any event, we'll see if this has more bite than bark.

*****

Interactive visual of Wuhan virus spread.

*****

There's science and then there's political science. Get it?

This pandemic and the way public officials have handled it have left people psychologically damaged. It will take a long time for it to get back to normal.

In addition to that, it's been quite disheartening to see and her people readily abandon civil liberties in the face of the virus.

I've heard a lot of empty, superficials slogans in the last six months. Enough to leave a scar on my ass.

From 'we're in this together' to 'stay home, save a life' to 'wear a mask, save a business' and the latest one, 'you can't have liberty if you're dead'.

Cute.

It baffles me how anymore could be so myopic when it comes to personal liberty. Nothing should come before it. If you're not free, you're nothing.

You're subservient. You're vulnerable to submission. You're a slave.

In this case, the calculus is collective health comes before personal liberty. But this is foolish thinking.

All this means is you leave decisions you as a free and sovereign individual into the hands of science-bureaucrats. Anyone remember forced lobotomies and the eugenics movement?  Mengele? Anyone? Throughout history among the greatest minds, the topic of health was never a value and rightfully so. All that matters is one's LIBERTY. Everything flows from that point.

If the government owns your health, then how can you possibly be free?

They can mould you into any social engineering scheme they devise.

Leaving aside the philosophy of liberty, the other more poignant point is the slogan is one derived from people paralyzed by fear.

This is not life what I'm seeing. One can couch protocols as a virtuous act but all it achieves is keeping people in psychological terror.

*****

The health commissioner of Virginia plans to mandate vaccines.

A more outrageous and unnecessary measure you can't get. What a dictatorial fool and buffoon.

No, public health does NOT take precedence over liberty.

Not for this virus.

My respect and trust in public health officials hovers around -1 at the moment. Not impressed.

*****

Biden plagiarizes Layton.

Of all people.

Meanwhile, Trump gives great, original speeches.

*****

Is there a more disingenuous couple than the Obamas?

*****

Government and media are not your friends during Covid-19.

Billions have been spent on a vaccine. Problem. Covid-19 is not cooperating.

There have been spikes in Europe. While people panic, the fact is the deaths are very low.

Same with the reinfection scare. It doesn't mean it's bad.

*****

In a surprising move, Quebec wisely won't be contact tracing citing privacy rights.

I'm impressed. Hope they stick to it and don't change their minds like the masks mandates.

They should be ashamed by what I see out there. It's stupefying in its stupidity.

They also haven't seemed to realize lockdowns are a sham.

*****

Nice explanation in casualty and correlation. We can use a lesson or brush up.

Especially when looking at masks.

Remember kids, the same governments that plunged the world into great wars, the Four Food Groups and unprecedented lockdown based on panic and not science tell you to wear a mask to save lives and business. The same businesses they threaten or ruin through their own lockdowns.

Funny how the absence of science for masks give way to the idea it's something worth trying if it can save lives or stop the spread without thought of the trade-offs. Ie potential mental and physical harm.

Yet.

Yet, they demand empirical evidence for treatments that have shown can help.

After all, it's all about saving every life, right?

Right.

*****

Do NOT under estimate the political component to all this.

Including officials forcing draconian measures to protect their own asses.

*****

Move those goal posts faster! Remember when it was all about flattening the curve?

I remember and like some of you I'm sure, I never bought into it.

Now it's about Zero-Covid.

Canada must not copy the UK.

Follow Sweden's lead. Please for the love of God!

*****

Roughly 40 000 people protested Covid measures in Berlin and another 40k in London. Last month Madrid saw large protests.

Let's hope it spreads to Canada.

*****

Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who turn darkness to light and light to darkness, who replace bitter with sweet and sweet with bitter.

Isiah 5:20

*****

Always remember a person who pimps socialism is a person who would never give charity or help you of their own volition.

They want others to do it.

*****

One of the best ways to know if a law is just, pay attention to how a politician reacts to it. We all know politicians are hypocrisy personified. Which is why it should surprise no one if they don't wear masks or follow other insidious protocols.

In Philadelphia, Mayor Kenney has imposed some of the harshest decrees on restaurants and bars. So what does he do when he's not destroying the lives of Philadelphians? Goes to Maryland to eat.

How people accept this from these idiots is beyond me.

We see this behavior time and again where rules for thee and not for me.

You're one special person if you still wear a mask knowing the people who impose them likely don't wear them. Even Fauci has been caught on camera removing one when no one's looking.

Or so he thought.

*****

This company run by corrupted doctor, influenced decision makers on HCQ.

*****

I had it on PBS Newshour and caught Julie Woodruff interviewing John Barrasso of Wyoming. No sooner did I settled on the channel within five seconds, she asked, ‘but will this President follow the science?’
They can’t help themselves. They just can’t stop shilling for the DNC asking idiotic loaded questions. What was the purpose of that question except to reinforce to the viewer the perception Trump doesn’t ‘follow the science’?
Then I wondered. What exactly has he said (the lysol thing doesn’t count because that was taken out of context) or done that was ‘anti-science’? Because he challenged Fauci?
I wonder. Was it when he advised Cuomo to lockdown but Cuomo ignored him? Of course, lockdowns aren’t backed by science but the point is the media came around to loving them. Or when he wanted to shut air space down but was derided by the media and DNC as a racist? Or when he suggested HCQ could be a treatment? Is it the weak science behind the mask mandates?
I’m funny how? I’m a clown. I’m here to amuse you?
How the fuck am I funny, Julie?
*****
Massachusetts is mandating flu shots for kids. The first state in the country. No public hearings. No consultation with experts. It was just announced. Just an edict from the Governor Baker. 20%-50% efficacy.
Parents should decide. This is an incredible over reach.
Worse. People are so beaten down they haven't pushed back.
The state now also mandates masks everywhere.
What does this have to do with Covid-19?
People. Sheep are embarrassed by this.
*****
*****
But know what?
Not just through the economy or people dying for not seeking medical help or suicides and so on.
But it helped foster the mask hysteria. They didn't pivot and say let's try a different strategy.
No. They decided masks are needed.

Masks are harmless. Ssssure.

And if your heart and logic don't ache seeing kids in masks as school reopens you're an idiot.

Can someone please fire Tam?  Is she seriously telling us the government will keep us in fear until a damn vaccine arrives? And what if it doesn't Tam? What if it's a dud? What then?

And I don't need you or the damn government to tell me when it's time to hug my own family and how many of my friends I see. You've already done enormous damage to the psychology of this country. Every single one of you public officials.

Get bent and fuck off.
