It just boggles the mind how one of the iconic coaches in North American sports history in one of the most storied football programs could let itself be scandalized.

So it was with Joe Paterno and the Penn St. Nittany Lions.

    Yes I did. Reilly was the first. I normally don't like Reilly but that was interesting.

    Weirdly, it points to the one thing that's been bugging me about sports writers lately. Despite all the access, they failed to break major stories like steroids in MLB. They're not curious enough because they're busy getting chummy with the athletes.
