Liberal scholar Arthur Schlesinger jr. didn't bite on the ridiculous causes left-leaning special interest were championing - remember the sophomoric and hideous anti-intellectual slogan, ""Hey hey, ho ho, Western culture’s got to go." I certainly do. Many "thinkers" in university were fond of repeating it - as if they knew something about our heritage us commoners overlooked or pretended wasn't there.

I somehow doubt Schlesinger would approve of these types of liberals: Mind you, with all due respect, I think Penn & Teller used a better word to explain what you see in the video. Some people are "joiners." They follow trends but lack any substance behind the cause.
