Was looking for content for my e-Talian blog when I stumbled on the worldofbusinessculture.com website and some tips for doing business in Italia. One tip in particular caught my attention because I agree with it:
"In-depth, long-term planning is not really expected or respected. Such planning is pointless in a rapidly changing, volatile business and personal environment. Long-term plans, if they exist at all, tend to be in grand-outline terms only."
I agree.
The long-term business plan is useless.
