I know food stamp fraud exists. there have been cases where people used them as an alternate currency, with store owners selling booze and other non-food items with the stmps valued at only half face value. Yep, lots of shenanigans. Not to mention 46 million is a ridiculous number. That's larger than many entire nation.
Sometimes I have to cut back on my food budget just to pay my bills. I make "too much money" though to qualify for food stamps! The parasite class feeding off the taxpayer grows while the productive sector shrinks. Way to go Obama!

That's what I've heard pretty much. Even up here people figure out creative ways to take advantage of welfare.
