I must admit FIAT has come a long way since those after the war cars shipped to Canada. The first ones disintegrated after one winter, spare parts were a rarity. Still, Luciani survived in St-Léonard and the now FIAT seem very dependable...if scarce and seldom seen on our streets.

ReplyDeleteDidn't Fiat sell cars in Russia? I wonder how they fared there with their winters.
By the way, Fiat is a leader in "Green car" technology and the Fiat 500 is one mean little machine.
