The Incoherent Immorality Of Vaccine Passports

Where to begin?

The idea of a passport as means to extort people into a specific action in order to regain liberties stolen from them is quite possibly one of the most egregious assault on liberty yet.

It is shocking and appalling public officials would resort to this. Sadly, they can because people are in pure fear and not thinking straight.

I've been warning against taking measures in a state of panic since 2020 and this is why.

As a matter of philosophy and science the plan to 'papers please' society is questionable.

Scientifically, while the vaccines seem to be effective we still don't know of its long-term impacts while at the moment millions won't be vaccinated. Add that officials such as the unethical Fauci and compromised Tam (as did the Sultan of all things unethical Fauci) have said the vaccines aren't about stopping transmission and may not be something to rely on.

So why are we taking it or at least being coerced by other means to take it?

Politically, it crosses all sorts of boundaries. Governments should not be supporting passports without public hearings. Such 'codes' should be introduced in a time of calm and with all inputs from all corners of society. Instead, they are finding existence in exaggerated emergency powers officials keep renewing to unreasonable levels.

Passports, curfews, masks, one-hour warrants, no gatherings. We have witnessed the erosion of fundamental freedoms to assemble, of movement and even speech. We have been made prisoners under a soft tyranny.

This expands into the philosophical and moral. Segregating people along these lines is immoral, and quite possibly illegal as it forces people to make a decision under duress. They're being threatened with not getting their lives back if they don't vaccinate. With vaccines just rolling out, what are people to do in the meantime? Or what of people who got vaccinated in the USA? What happens to people who are vaccinated but test positive? With the target of 70%-75% needed to get to herd (and it should not be just through vaccination but alongside natural immunity), what happens to the 25%-30% of people who decline? Send them to a leprosy colony? What about tourism. Where millions won't take a vaccine here, millions more in America won't either and this is bound to have an impact here. They won't come to Quebec on these terms. And rightfully so.

Recently, Christian Dube - not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to notions of liberty - said he wasn't thinking of ethics when the government rolled this nonsense out.

Yes, a public officials declared publicly ethics take a back seat to panic. Is this man even thinking? How ignorant of history can one be? Ethics make up the core of who we are as a civilization. Medically, it's what gave us informed consent and doctor-patient privilege.

How ignorant is Christian Dube as a man? On numerous occasions he has made comments about liberty and ethics needing to take a back seat to Covid. This is unfortunate as it is troubling.

It's a shame I live in a place that just couldn't bring itself to be more wise and thoughtful.

Again, the government stupidly admitted to the public ethics don't matter.

Except they do.

A lot.

And then even more than we think.

In just a matter of months, the West has shattered the concept of privacy rights so carefully built and crafted over decades. There's a rhyme, reason and logic as to why it was so.

Freedom is a lot like listening to jazz. You have to hear the notes not played. Freedom is exactly that. It transcends defining. It just is....like jazz.

The idea ethics is willingly and willfully eschewed should be of grave concern.

Without ethics to guide and protect us, this is how you get Mengele, quacks, eugenics, lobotomies against the will of people, the Tuskegee scandal, and so on.

Ignoring ethics can be done. Unscrupulous and self-serving cynics can do away with ethics and the rule of law.

Rule of man is all that matters.

Between this and Bill C-10, this country is on a very bad trajectory.

  1. My last paycheck was $2500 for working 12 hours a week online. My sisters friend has been averaging 8k for months now and she works about 30 hours a week. I can't believe how easy it was once I tried it out. The potential with this is endless.

    This is what I do
