Canada has fallen.
There's no "there, there" anymore as it languishes in a pond scum of one scandal after another. A country that does an awful lot of talking bur takes no action.
I can no longer keep up with the corruption and scandals it's that out of control. I'm not even sure how to rationalize any of it.
The Trudeau Liberals, obviously, are a spent force. They no longer hold the moral authority to speak on behalf of Canadians.
What institution has been strengthened under Trudeau? One could say, in fact, which one hasn't been crushed to dust?
Our military is in complete disarray focused on the banal inanity of woke ideology. We don't have equipment but we have time to rewrite songs and history.
Marxists continue their march and control of institutions.
Canada has about 21 500 full time soldiers and 22 500 part time. The U.S. army 1.4 million. We should be at 10% of that at around 100 000.
Chicago PD has 11 000 active duty police officers. NYPD 34 000.
A country that can't defend itself is not a respected one. Worse, we've become a belligerent country within NATO despite not meeting its fiscal obligations. We're essentially, along with being a branch planet economy of the American empire, a protectorate of its military.
The U.S. military protects a daycare centre.
If there was ever a time to invade and annex Canada, now would be the time.Who's going to stop the U.S.? It can't defend itself internally or externally. It has let China embed itself in our elections. It continues to fecklessly ignore Iranian interference as well. It does nothing about criminal entities operating at will.

Canada functions on a native and immature level unbecoming of an industrialized country. I've written in the past about how Canada should be put under some kind of trusteeship. Unfortunately, we can't rely or trust the CAF to do it. We don't deserve to be in the G7 or Five Eyes.
There have been many scandals. Many ethics violations. Several gaslighting examples of a government incapable of accountability and humility. Chinese interference is bad enough and Trudeau's handling of it has been disastrous for the dignity of a country. But nothing prepared me for this piece of epic gaslighting from the Privy Council of Canada.

The PMO's message is probably the most damning revelation yet with this government. They start a diplomatic war against India accusing it of extrajudicial murder of a terrorist - who may or may not have been a Canadian citizen - to cover their asses detracting from China by announcing it to the world in Parliament, media and international conferences Then, just as FIC is about to kickoff with the hogue commission (Canada is long on commissions and short on actual indictments and prosecutions) with the Hogue inquiry apparently and allegedly forced the RCMP to make an announcement based on falsehoods that is then used by Trudeau to reiterate his claim not based on evidence but intelligence as per his own words.
As if that's not enough, he even has the galling audacity to call the whistleblower a "criminal" (technically they did break the law but that's why we have whistle blower protection to protect against a vengeful and vindictive government like this one) who consistently puts out wrong information despite the PMO's statement!
With the world probably looking on in disbelief - the Privy Council then decides it's a good idea to cynically and contemptuously gaslight Canadians saying it's all fake news as revealed above. In effect, the Canadian government not only likely compromised the RCMP while unethically and irresponsibly accusing a fellow Commonwealth country - and the world's largest democracy to boot - closely aligned with the USA and UK in their stance against China thus idiotically isolating this colony - they used disinformation to spread disinformation in a retardedly amateurish way to deceive Canadians - some of whom may or may not be retarded themselves depending if they swallow this second-rate attempt at using geopolitics to save whatever's left of the tattered reputation of a defunct government with absolutely no moral authority to govern.
A more pathetic, inept, and corrupt government I've yet seen all under the control of a narcissistic buffoon ravaged by his own shallow hubris and sheer reckless arrogance. Did I miss anything? The fact this government is even allowed in the building shows the complete lack of courage of not only MPs and others who enable this corruption but reflects poorly on the Canadian people who are tolerating the erosion of the rule of law and due process while gawking with blank stares at the dissolution of democratic institutions.
Right before their eyes.
