It blows my mind how a sports channel like Sports Net 360 could omit reporting on the Giro d'Italia especially considering it carried it on television.
The Giro is one of the Grand Tours in cycling (along with Vuelta a Espana and of course the Tour de France) and has been around since 1909.
It deserves much more attention than was given.
Anyway. TSN (ESPN jr.) is no better. They saw fit to shove another useless Top 10 in its highlight package. Heaven forbid you shift over 30 seconds to a world class event.
It was an outstanding event this year with Colombian cycling taking a massive step forward as two of their riders captured first and second.
There. Was that so hard Sportsnet 360 and TSN?
