Sorry Pope Francis not agreeing with this.

Someone reads Salon, Motherjones and Huffington religiously. Don't excuse the pun.
What does 'any form of control' mean exactly? Like the Spanish Inquisition? Of course, as a Jesuit ( a liberal wing of the Catholic Church) he would like redistributive taxes. His final point is specious at best.
Other than that, I guess the Church can maybe "redistribute" large parts of its fabulously obscene wealth to the disenfranchised.
If, you know, they were so inclined.
