Jesus and public health. No clue how Jesus would have voted on this but I don't like the left or right using Jesus as a pawn to pimp their positions.

"Public is a Christian thing to do" and all that is ridiculous and smacks of ignorance of the Bible which is FAITH driven. And something tells me anyway, the Bible would not approve of an enabling welfare state. Help your fellow man, sure, but do it by empowering them to be free. Not to become slaves to a bureaucratic institution.

I keep hearing people say "give Obamacare time. They'll work it out. Even if it takes years."

Wow.

So the idea that a massively impractical idea can be executed with a mixture of incompetence and perhaps arrogance while likely driving over costs indefinitely is acceptable so long as the ends are noble?

Who lives or thinks this way?

If you ran a business this way and your business was threatened by lies and incompetence, do you think you'd rationalize such failure in a positive light? Of course not. You'd spring into action to save your business and weed out the deadbeats who put you in such a bad spot.

So sick and tired all the demands for accountability from the government on private enterprise while the government itself can engage in derelict behavior.
