Between time-outs during the Ravens-Broncos game, I flipped through the pages of the The Suburban - a community newspaper for Anglos proclaimed as "Quebec's largest English weekly newspaper. Just below the header, a button stated it's a '1st place winner for community service in SNA's North American Awards.'
I then found an article titled, 'We know how to make a living but not a life' by the late, great comedian George Carlin.
Only problem is that Carlin never wrote it and a simple google check would have settled it for the editorial board.
Or, do as I do, go to snopes.com.
I guess the awards don't give a shit about accuracy in attribution.

With the Ravens winning in OT and the 49ers leading at half, my Ravens-49ers Super Bowl pick is still alive.
Man, that was some break down in the Broncos backfield with 30 seconds to go.
