Alas, here, we evaluate and judge our services by the access to it. Not the quality. There are no standards per say. If there are, I'm not seeing it. We're not driven by excellence, we're occupied with access to all.
Fine. It's a choice we made. Just don't tell me we have exceptional services. We have acceptable services but nothing more.
