Greece Jumps The Shark

Really, Greece?

Who forced you to overspend in the first place?

Here's a mirror.

I remember when Greeks tended to be anti-American back in the 1990s. In poli-sci classes in university, Greek students were a little too trigger happy in praise of Germany while too easily denigrating the United States - who helped them kick the Nazis out in WWII if memory serves me right.

One time, a student gushed over Germany to a couple of German professors who came to speak to our class - Simpson, Homer J. that is all. That's what me a guy kept joking about in class like a couple of dumbasses. Also, "no one who speaks German can be bad" and "Die, Bart, Die." I digress. The professors gave him a perplexed look of annoyance and answered, "I don't know if we deserve that much praise. Germany has many problems...." He went on to explain and expand on his comment starting with the issues of unification with the East..."

The student shut his face the rest of the class.

I wonder what he thinks now in lieu of this.

  1. I understand a lot of people, all over the world, dislike America. Even our own president doesn't seem to like us.

  2. Good one.

He certainly "works hard" at trying to change the narrative.
