Who rates most conservative according to the ACU?

Of course, its liberal counterpart, the ADA (Americans for Democratic Action), ranked President Obama as the most liberal politician.
Which begs the question: How did he get a reputation for being a centrist despite a small political record sample?
Wow. Massachusetts is in total liberal control. California too. For its part, Vermont and liberal is like Abbott and Costello, hamburgers and french fries. They're meant to be together. They should rename that state Verliberal. Or Montliberal. Or Libmont.
Although, I think people pretty much knew this.
