Quebec Charter Fall Out: Ugly

No one should be surprised at the negative reaction to Quebec's charter.

It's ugly.

How ugly? Well, take a look.

It's funny, whenever I see a minority in the PQ or Bloc (like Mme. Mourani), I always think 'Token.'

I marvel at how any minority would ever consider running on a PQ platform. Their "values" as you now see in the flesh, runs contrary to ours. Simple as that.

They're miscreants who defend their own kind. End of story. They can never marriage, no matter how hard they try (and really, they should stop), their cheap talk about inclusiveness with  fact they are a French-Quebec party first.

The 'Quebec nation' as the Bloc call it stops at the Federal pension cheques they get.

For Quebec, talk is cheap. They say all the right things but in practice...

How long before The Hobbit takes her clown car and heads back to New York with here reassurances that Quebec isn't all that bad? Quebec is playing sophistry with itself.

At some point people will notice and calculate it's not worth it.

Here in Quebec they don't believe there was an exodus in 1976 nor do they think the economy is bad.

They be delusional. Of course.

Now Quebec is gonna pull the usual "see, Quebec bashing is alive!" garbage when it was they who fired the first shot. It's a divisive proposal and the world will laugh - again.

It's also a loss-leader to the extent the government wants to detract people from the rising economic problems. Perhaps but my question is at what cost? Are they really willing to bet the credibility of an entire province in a cynical ploy to avoid dealing with a fast-sagging economy?

Looks they are.
