Categorizing e-cigarettes as tobacco products is alchemy. E-cigarettes contain no tobacco. More importantly, they're a viable alternative for people looking to quit since, from what I read, they contain none of the toxic elements found in cigarettes.

Bloomberg is a sociopath drunk on power. As for e-cigs, you're exactly right. I have a friend at work who was able to quit cigarettes because of the e-cigarette option.
