Mr. Superstition Legault Comically Doubles Down On Useless Masks

This mask thing is a study in human psychology and how easily superstition can grip a society.

The media masks sure to interview all public health officials or experts who all speak with the same opinions. Notably, they all seem to accept masks and lockdowns as accepted tactics.

It's preposterous and completely undermines the facts.

It truly leaves me stunned and infuriated. 

How often have you ever seen anyone on the news warn against masks and express the reality of the failure of lockdowns?

Instead, we get paternalistic experts buying into pseudo-science.

I always hear about Legault being a smart businessman. One characteristic of being a successful businessman is to cut your losses when a decision fails and pivot.

We've had a mask mandate since July 18. It's pretty clear it has not had an impact. A smart leader cuts his losses. 

Not Legault. Legault says he will fine people now because 'they're not listening'.

They're not listening because they probably see this pandemic is mostly gone and it's all fear mongering. 435 cases in a population of 37.7 million is NOT a pandemic. It's a nuisance.

It doesn't look like they've had much of an impact. Nor do I expect them to even heading into the fall. 

Legault's claim of 'no one's listening' rings hollow. I think we would have seen some kind of result. There's sufficient data to show infection rates go up at the point they are mandated. 

Yet, we continue with the irrational fog of fear testing and micro-managing and sucking the fun out of life.

Legault once again displays his lack of reasoning. If he keeps with this illogical crap, he can just simply mask us up all the time all day long or just playing this ugly lie in a loop.

All we've been getting from clueless officials who babble are somber warnings that cases are headed in the 'wrong direction' and that a 'second wave' is inevitable.

Notice all they talk about are cases which mean JACK SHIT. If hospitalizations and deaths are low, there's no problem. 

Cases increasing is probably connected to the fact we locked down and delayed the portion of the healthy population from being infected in the spring. The virus wants its payment. So this 'second wave' is really just the first one that we allowed to prolong. 

Europe is experiencing that at the moment. Just follow the pattern and then it will stop.

So if we really had competent stewards, they'd leave it alone and stop with the fucking fear mongering.

I'm infuriated and lost confidence in public officials who are NOT following science and acting no amount of reason. They look like pant shitters ready to break and lazily lockdown like the buffoons in Australia and Ontario.

These are NOT examples to follow.

Know who is?

SWEDEN.

The pariah nation is standing tall now. As I've said many times on this blog since March, Sweden was using the right approach.

Yet, the people in charge - who are showing in real time how the Peter Principle works- here seem to pretend Sweden doesn't exist. 

It's a disgrace.

Find me ONE study that shows masks 'stop the spread'. If after three months you see no impact, what more evidence do you need?

In fact, as studies have shown, infection rates tend to go UP at the point masks are mandated.

Spain, California, Texas and other countries show this clearly. 

And Quebec is no different.

Not only were we late to the mask parade, we look even more ridiculous because had we done our jobs and looked at the data, we could have avoided this.

It's the same with the mid-wits running New Zealand and Australia. In Australia, they failed to isolate the elderly in nursing homes. In August. Six months after they KNEW of the example of Italy, Spain, Sweden, NY, NY and Michigan.

It was there. In plain sight. And they STILL FAILED TO TAKE THAT SIMPLE MEASURE.

Instead, they turn a region in their country into a dystopian police state hell hole where cops are roving thugs.

Australia has even lower cases than Canada.

We're talking percentages of cases by population so low, that it doesn't even crack the top 10 health problems in many countries.

Ladies and gentleman.

The virus is out there sure.

But there's no pandemic. 

Is ANYONE reading the literature?

If you're not angry, you really need to wake up soon.
