I lost interest and most respect for Gov. Palin when she resigned her office. If she wanted to be a proven leader in tough times, her's was the job and these are the times to be just that leader.
An activist? A TV personality with a cause dear to her heart? Yes, she is all that, but a potential president? I think she is not.
And that rhetoric largely boils down to very strong feelings about one issue that raises the temperature in any setting by about 25 to 100 degrees and is just under the barely civil surface of "polite" society.
That means that other issues are largely window dressing or stand-ins for that single issue. The rancor isn't helpful.

I agree. She's a great personality and can rally the troops at the ground level but to be the leader of America?
ReplyDeleteThe vitriol against her is incredible. There are quite a few hysterical sites.
