U.N.? Not sure about that. Maybe China and Russia. But the sure has been coddled by the association of African States, despite he is a menace to his neighbors. I have already posted to the effect that his policies are an infringement on the national sovereignty of neighboring states to the extent that regime change policy is legitimate. Not occupation, but regime change.
