Peaceful And Pathetic Take Over
Who said losers never win?
Great, now we're led by a loser no one wanted, a bunch of socialists and separatists.
Yup. Canada is in GREAT hands.
As for Harper, he should have stuck to his guns. By waffling, he emboldened the opposition. He is as much to blame for this mess.
I will add that listening to the "anything but Harper" rhetoric is extremely excruciating to listen to. Yes. The trio set to take over are "better." It is to laugh.
That's all I'm going to say. Needless to say, I'm not impressed by the antics of the Three Stooges.

Well, I actually had a measure of respect for Layton, but to call them The Three Stooges? Yeah, this action is a pretty stoogey thing to do. Especially six weeks after an election.
ReplyDeleteImagine if the Americans woke up tomorrow to learn that McCain would be the next U.S. president after all? Or whoever came in third on their vast presidential ballot?
Exactly. I've heard people resort to the fact that 2/3 of Canadians voted for the Liberals and NDP?
ReplyDeleteSo what? Isn't it always the case where 2/3 of Canadians vote for the remaining two parties? Canadians voted for Harper: end of story.
What's remarkable is that they're attacking Harper yet Chretien was every bit the "dictator." And he got majority governance! NOT ONE PERSON WORRIED ABOUT HOW THE LIBERALS WERE WRECKING THE DEMOCRATIC PROCESS.
I don't believe for one minute the coalition has Canada in its best interest. If they did they would not have done this now. Besides, how can you take them seriously with the Bloc (who STEAL their pensions while advocating the break up of the country) sitting in Opposition in the House?
I doubt in the 2/3 many Liberal voters want to lie in bed with the NDP.
This is a cynical move. Nothing more and nothing less. Can you imagine these three parties with their shrill voices dealing with one another?
I suppose it'll make for interesting politics.
Interestingly, North America has suddenly gone left of center. The Americans will probably be more centrist than we will.
Nice to see you still kicking around, Paul.
