Wasted $4 Million 'Negligible'

"Taxpayers shelled out $4 million so Hydro-Quebec could buy peace and avoid intimidation, the Charbonneau Commission heard Monday.
The pricetag is linked to construction on the Peribonka Hydro Project, a major dam project that took place between 2004 and 2008."

Hydro described the amount as 'negligible.'

Hyrdo is owned by the province. What more of a typical bureaucratic response can you get? It's not their money, right? The disregard and disrespect for taxpayer dollars is plain for all to see.

What company has ever claimed any amount spent needlessly and wastefully is 'negligible?' They paid people for doing absolutely nothing merely because they whined and complained.

Bunch of idiotically corrupt buffoons.

All of them.
