"17% Of German Households Energy Poor"

Increased household energy costs courtesy of questionable green policies significantly impact and constrain household income and budgets.

It's part of the equation environmentalists and their pals the progressives prefer not to look at when talking finance and economics. Rather, notice how to them, it's the fault of low wages, rich people and all that.

Yet, it's policies of this sort - among other issues like consumer debt -  that directly hit the pocketbook we should be pondering when wondering where the money goes at the end of the month.

Never mind the actual consequences on the environment as the article points out.

From the center-left Der Spiegel:

"Overall Germany's energy revolution has made the country's energy unaffordable, unreliable and has ruined its own idyllic landscape, and ravaged rainforests abroad."

Geez. Which Koch brothers infiltrated Der Spiegel?
