The Ontario Liberals under Wynne are making a financial mess while Couillard's Liberals under Carlos Leitao are steering Quebec's economy responsibly. So much so it's bond rating improved to AA up from +A. Not perfect but one we're not accustomed to here in Quebec; especially when we pass Ontario on such matters.
I've been impressed by Leitao. The CFIB has mentioned to me Quebec has taken strides to improving its economic health from shaking up Revenu Quebec to understanding small business needs to not jumping on $15 min wage to managing a proper budget.
