Since when is the NBA "black" Charles? That statistically it's dominated by blacks doesn't make it a 'black league.'
Let me put it another way.
If statistical numbers is all you need to claim ownership, how would you like it if white Americans say "America is white country?"
More appropriately, it's akin to the NHL saying "we're a white league."
