Reactionary Forces On Full Display

Oh, those right-wing nuts always pointing out stupid liberal comments. Can't they just see the left-wing big picture and stop being so dumb? The point is no one has any business owning clips, magazines, bullets and such. Geez.

Here's the thing. Not only is the evidence presented by legislators specious and full of errors, it's based on pure emotions.

Obama and Team Blue are showcasing a staggering  and shallow level of ignorance on guns. Shit, I did my own research and came across wonderful articles and youtube videos by true experts explaining all the myths and misrepresntations.

There's no excuse for people to not do the same. The Diane Feinstein's and Diana DeGette's of this world need to be challenged harder by voters.

Seems to me, if gun control is so necessary, the arguments for it should stand on their own.

I'm not seeing it.

I'm gonna stick with an old saying a junior high school substitute teacher once uttered to us: No government should know where the guns are.

We had no idea what he meant by that - in fact, most of us dismissed it as a comment from an old crank (funny because he was probably in his 20s then) who had an irrational fear of the government.

I get the gist of the point now.

And so should people.

Over the summer people were acting irrationally, and by people I include media personalities, when kids were drowning in pools. While the stats clearly showed it was a low-probability event considering so many factors, clowns were still calling for banning pools, tighter restrictions and various regulations. It was astonishing listening to the hysteria.

I see the same line of logic not only on gun-control but food and cigarettes as well. To say nothing of Obama's rudimentary, crack-tin pot outtakes on finance and economics.

They package it as "rational" and "common sense' policy in the interest of the "greater good."

I call it irrational and reactionary. It's bull shit.
