Two things, no, three things about the Israeli flotilla incident. One, apparently, the military warned people on board they were going to invade. The so-called armed peace activists (now there's an oxymoron) made their choice and attacked. You try and attack U.S. border patrolman while trying to smuggle in illegal drugs or weapons and see what happens. Ga'head. Try. For fun.
Two, Egypt was part of the mission. Three, absolutely, any nation on the face of this god dang earth has a right to know what the f is coming into their country. You think the Israeli's are messing around like Americans and their disgraceful inability to defend their own borders? A nation that can't defend itself is a nation that violates itself. See where Dante placed such people in The Inferno.
I'm sorry, but the predictable international outrage is outrageous. I mean, Turkey and France being vocal? Two countries who would do the exact same thing with probably more force!
Letting aside the whole Israel is an evil, illegitimate state thing for a sec, the reality is Israel is officially a country and so until it ceases to be one it is well within its rights to defend itself.
And what do we get for all the outrage? The flotilla did indeed have weapons meant to be used by Hamas - a terrorist organization Israel is at war with. What a hypocritical farce the international community is in this issue.
I'm afraid, on this particular issue, I think Vice-President Joe Biden is right:
SPN reports disturbing news about Joe Biden from his grade school days:
