If you believe the latest Woo-Han figures coming out of China, go to be bed. You're more useful in slumber.

The Chinese communist party is a disease.
One but can hope one day the people of China can over throw somehow this authoritarian group of communists who continuously not only work against China but humanity as well.
Arrogant, thin-skinned; Godless and cynical. The world community must reduce its dependence on them.
Yes. I just said China is the one county now that threatens the world.

But what are we to do? There are too many useful idiots! The media certainly won't help and already due to the nature of Western politics, we're hampered by a) freedom (a good thing) and so can't easily agree on what to do and b) the fact we have 'fake' progressive leftists (let's just call them regressives). They're the bunch who focused on calling it the Wuhan virus as racist.
Admittedly, we've dug a hole but we can get out of it. China's communists were a notch smarter than the Russians in that they invested and bought up Western companies.
Nonetheless, start small.
Where you can stop buying items and products from China. It's ok to buy a good that has some parts made in China (these days it's very hard to know where something is from because of the globalized nature of manufacturing) but where it clearly states 'Made in China' just put it down and quietly walk away. Don't buy food from China. Don't buy clothes made in China.
This is a way to put pressure on Western companies to rethink their position.
Our governments have to, on the other end, give them incentives to come back (though I personally think corporations who went to China sold us out and deserve nothing. They've been making obscene profits while our civilization was being bullied by China. But bring them home and then figure out what to do from that point forward).
I was think of pro-cycling the other day. It has to go deep enough where cycling teams should consider rejecting Chinese sponsorship. Giant should be shown the door and if you're thinking of buying a bike there are plenty of other choices. Even here the consumer can demand our bike manufactures bring production back home.
If corporations here are sensitive to public sentiment, make Chinese companies realize that this is how the game is played. If they own 45% of Pirelli, don't buy Pirelli. This signals we're not buying into their government's propaganda.
Squeeze them on both ends. We constantly do that with Western companies. It's easy to bully Western companies to get them to bow to whatever useless trend activists jump on, let's see us do it where and when it mattes most. China's behaviour throughout this pandemic is no joke and ended up costing tens of thousands of lives.
What's a few thousand to a country who but 70 years ago killed about 50 million of their own citizens?
Then there's a more problematic issue of being intoxicated by China's gigantic market. Even from within the growing middle-class poses a major challenge to (my mind) to the CCP. On this point, I consider the CCP a paper tiger in the long run. So why not put more pressure to get them out sooner? The longer they hang around the more we're vulnerable to their malfeasance which they've taken international now.
What do I mean by this? There's a good case to be made to consider the Chinese did this on purpose. Not as a premeditated germ attack but once they found out, it's plausible they let it spread.
This is why we need to not support any company or entity that willingly makes a Faustian Deal with China. Yes, you do get access to all that money but then you become a slave to China.
The episode the NBA and Adam Silver found themselves in is about as stark an example of how China flexes its muscles as it gets. And the only way to deal with that is to say, 'Thanks but no thanks'.
You don't bend and cower like the NBA did. What did I personally do? I stopped paying any attention to the NBA. When the topic moves to it on sports talk shows, I change the channel. In any event, basketball players have become way too arrogant in their prima donna attitude. When your top super star has a reputation of being a coach killer, this is a signal the character of the league is low. It's further exacerbated when its coaches and players feel tough enough to attack their President but remain in silent when China threatened them. What more do you need to know about how this relationship works? The NBA sold their nation out all to make sure they make a buck. And its employees are cowards who didn't have the guts to say, 'Hey man, maybe we shouldn't be doing this?'
I don't need the NBA in my life. Sometimes we have to see the bigger picture and China is forcing us to come out of our comfortable shell to realize they're not friends. They play the friend until they ensnare you and you must follow their rules. Who needs that?
Without doing our part first, governments won't react.
Last, we must close ranks and rally around the United States.
If someone sides with China, they're broken inside. These people will include the NYT, Jane Fonda, Bill Ayers of this world. We have to be free of clouded judgment like we were during the Cold War.
Let them babble.
The rest of us have to set our differences aside and stand tall against a very aggressive and proud communist regime with a lot of cash.
But we can do it.
