It's getting out of hand.

Now. Apparently. Women go after the donor for cash?

We enable the wrong sort of women to procreate.

As an aside, that fertility clinics and abortion (for the promiscuous) should not be subsidized is not a terrible idea.

Let's chalk this one up under the "Unintended Consequences" of our decisions.
