Judges keep declaring various restrictions that have been challenged in the courts were 'justified'.
The opinions seem to reveal that the courts conclude since it was an 'emergency' any measures undertaken were 'justified' and 'reasonable'.
Seen through this simplistic prism, it gives rise to all sorts of concerns. The primary problem with this is that the government claimed it was 'following science' and 'evidence'. But we now know that was never the case. In fact, there never was science or evidence to back any restrictions of any kind anywhere in the world. None.
Despite this, the courts refuse to look at the evidence that could once and for all begin the process of accountability. No accountability no healing.
Judges are acting like damn cowards.
