A fascinating era. I also love the automobiles from that time. The 1920s are interesting because they fell between the teens (WWI, the flu pandemic, lingering 19th century technology and culture) and the disaster of the 1930's (worldwide depression, rise of Fascism, prelude to WW2) and unleashed a cultural revolution and economic boom.

ReplyDeleteYes, the twenties were great. I prefer the 30's and 40's, though. But the music of both eras is better than anything today.
