Thoughts On Fauci Emails

I've concluded reading through the Fauci emails (all 3234 pages) and here's my take.

The emails cover January to May of 2020.

Early on, two things jumped out. One, Fauci warned against causing a panic. Two, the idea it was from a lab was mentioned by one Kenneth G. Anderson. According to Zerohedge, Anderson nuked his Twitter account once the emails were leaked. Anderson changed his stance and was rewarded with a grant.

Make it three things....it was heavily redacted. Someone has to make a request to get access to emails not redacted. Some of those would have been interesting to read. So it only casts more suspicion when we don't see full transparency.

Other observations:

-Lots of request for interviews or guest appearances.

- Lots of emails of praise.

-Fauci repeatedly pushed back on media saying Trump was not 'muzzling' him.

-It was clearly apparent early on the medical establishment was fervently anti-Trump.

-They were talking about vaccines in January/February. Even if the virus was sequenced (and I believe only through a computer) they seemed to have a vaccine trial ready to go.

-A number of emails pointed to the usefulness of HCQ among other treatments. Fauci was interested in Remdesivir - a pharmaceutical product.

-Fauci in a number of emails explained why masks were not effective. The same thing here. Which begs the question: What changed and who forced the change because there were NO studies conducted over riding the established sincere on masks.

-There was a fawning respect for Fauci combined with a disdain for Trump.

One other things I noticed was how utterly disorganized they were.

The CDC/NIH and others charged with dealing with such events appeared to be completely clueless on what to do. The emails are filled with advice and suggestions on what could be done. Shouldn't this have already been detailed in a pandemic handbook and then executed? I could but conclude incompetence at the highest level was in full gear in the emails. They were trying to deal with something in real time. They had ONE job to do and failed.

In a sane and responsible society, Fauci is ALREADY fired.

To recap:

-Masks were known to not be effective.

-Fauci wanted to avoid panic.

-They were aware of early treatments.

-Gain of function concerns were present as early as February. This included an email from Peter Daszak thanking Fauci for dismissing the lab leak theory.
