So much of reality is a crapshoot. One only oppresses oneself by being over(kill)cautious, constantly watching one's feet to make sure they don't touch the cracks in the sidewalk. While I can understand the feeling of vulnerability and a "need for" foolproofing, overdoing such things so consistently kills the spirit and spontaneity of living itself.
