I basically got the ok to open my daycare. Leviathan still has a couple of things to "check" but it all looks good. The one thing that's been hard is finding qualified (as the state defines it) directors. The 3-year experience threshhold the government demands makes no sense. None.
I've spoken to a couple of people who are more than capable of taking the reigns but only have "two-years" of experience. So I can't hire them for the higher position. This what we mean by excessive interventionism.
But what can you do but smile and grumble under your breath?
