I hate when media frames things this way. In order for it to be a competition two willing participants have to be engaged. No?
A hurricane doesn't ask "wanna play?" It just hits you and you can't do a damn thing about it except take cover.
"The Commentator races to prevent inevitable volcanic eruption."
Is the preceding an abuse of freedom of speech?
