Then again former Mayor Coleman Young chimed in with this gem:
"To attack Detroit
is to attack black."
It's all starting to make some sense. Never mind markets shift and you need to adjust. Nah. It's about race. A race to the bottom that is.
Sigh. Everyone has an opinion about Detroit.
