Simple solution: Go into the HTML of one of your posts, select one with a video that does fit, then take those dimensions (height and width) and replace whatever they are in the "too big" videos with those.
You'll see the height and width twice, once at the top of the code for the YouTube video, and once at the bottom; change them both.
