I find this interesting. It seems the political class has plans for America that differ from the mainstream. Is this an example of a "disconnect?" Clearly and consistently polls show the government and people are at odds over bail outs, illegal immigration and health care reform.
67% of politicians think the country is headed on the right track whereas only 28% of people think it is.
So I ask. Should the government (for any country) listen to the people or not?
