Occam's Razor for Dummies

Here's a piece of advice for 9/11 conspiracy theorists who barely can tell the difference between speculation and fact - Occam's Razor states, in its most recent and watered-down version, that the simplest explanation is probably the correct one.

Some may misinterpret OR and reverse it. They will erroneously claim that OR proves there is a conspiracy. It makes no such thing. In fact, conspiracies by their nature are complex and elaborate - how does this fit with OR?

It may be medieval in its simple logic, but it sure helps to keep things in perspective. Humans are complex yet simple creatures in many ways.
